Service Description
Host the ultimate personalized Lovie Lab experience right at your location! Perfect for birthdays, school events, fundraisers, corporate events, and special celebrations, each child gets to create their own cuddly friend from start to finish. Includes 6 children total (Birthday Child + 5 Guests). Each experience is customized based on your event vision and selections. Children can choose from a variety of lovies, outfits, themes, and add-ons to create the perfect experience. ✨ Every custom package includes: • 16” unstuffed plushes • Heart ceremony • Interactive stuffing experience • Birth certificates • Lovie Lab carry-home bags • Customizable t-shirts, outfits, themed accessories, and more! Pricing is customized based on your event needs and selections. We handle setup and guide the entire experience, creating a fun, stress-free party while giving kids a premium, unforgettable experience they’ll cherish!
Cancellation Policy
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the day of your event. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to hold the event will result in forfeiture of all payments. All party packages include up to 6 children (including the birthday child). Additional children can be added at the listed per-child rate for your selected package. A final guest count must be provided at least 48 hours before your event to ensure enough materials are prepared. We will arrive early to set up. Please ensure your space is ready and accessible at least 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. We are a mobile experience and travel to you. Travel within our service area is included. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance may be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit. A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event. We guide the experience but are not responsible for supervision. All guests are expected to treat equipment and materials with care and respect. For outdoor events, a backup indoor location is required in case of weather. By booking with The Lovie Lab, you agree to the policies listed above.
