Service Description
Host a fun, hands-on stuffed animal party right at your location! Perfect for birthdays and special celebrations, each child gets to create their own cuddly friend from start to finish. Includes 6 children total (Birthday Child + 5 Guests). Each child receives a 16” unstuffed plush, heart ceremony, interactive stuffing experience, birth certificate, and Lovie Lab carry-home bag. ✨ Plus, each child receives a t-shirt and fabric markers to decorate and personalize their new furry friend! Additional children can be added for $30 each. We handle setup and guide the entire experience, making it easy and stress-free for parents while giving kids a fun, creative experience they’ll never forget!
Cancellation Policy
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of your event. All party packages include up to 6 children (including the birthday child). Additional children can be added at the listed per-child rate for your selected package. A final guest count must be provided at least 48 hours before your event to ensure enough materials are prepared. We will arrive early to set up. Please ensure your space is ready and accessible at least 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. We are a mobile experience and travel to you. Travel within our service area is included. Additional fees may apply for locations outside this area. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance may be rescheduled based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking. Cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of deposit. A responsible adult must be present at all times during the event. We guide the experience but are not responsible for supervision. All guests are expected to treat equipment and materials with care and respect. For outdoor events, a backup indoor location is required in case of weather. By booking with The Lovie Lab, you agree to the policies listed above.
